A Beta submission was available but now its over. VRay OceanMtl v2 will soon be released with Swift-Switch.

How did you do that roughness and waves?
Its done with texture map and Displace Modifier
It is just a shader ,it could be install With Swift-swith :
For the wave use : Hot4Max "google it"
